HELP CENTRE

Let’s take it
one step at a time.

Find a clear answer. If something is missing, prepare your question for the SACCO.

10 questions

How do I become a member?

Ask the SACCO about registration, documents, shares and any joining charges. Prepare those questions here, then contact the SACCO using the email on the contact page.

Can I open an account here?

No. This website helps you understand and prepare. Registration and account opening use the channels approved by the SACCO.

Where can I find rates and charges?

Ask the SACCO for its current written charges and terms. Ask for the total cost, not only the interest rate. No approved product prices are published on this website.

How can I prepare to ask about a loan?

Write down its purpose, the amount you need, your income and expenses. Ask about documents, security and repayment. A calculation or question drafted here does not approve a loan.

What should I do with a suspicious message?

Do not share a PIN, password or one-time code. Do not follow an untrusted link or send money because of a message. Keep evidence and contact the SACCO through the verified email.

I forgot my PIN. Where do I start?

Contact the SACCO or the relevant service provider through an approved channel. Do not put a PIN or account secrets in email or in a question prepared here.

Has my saved question been sent?

No. Saving keeps the question on this device only. You can download it or open your email app, review it and send it yourself. We cannot confirm email delivery.

Can I send money here?

No. This website does not accept money or display an account balance. Confirm approved deposit and withdrawal channels with the SACCO.

How can I raise a complaint?

Note what happened, the date, what you would like resolved and any existing evidence. Contact the SACCO first and keep a copy of your message and response. Keep account secrets out of this draft.

Where and when can I visit?

The verified location is Rutsiro, Western Province. Confirm the exact office, phone number and opening hours with the SACCO before travelling.

YOUR RIGHTS AND SAFETY

Choose RW, EN or FR at the top to change language, or increase the text size in your browser. Print guides and calculations to read later or discuss with someone.

If you need help reading or understanding, review the information with someone you trust. Keep secrets such as your PIN and one-time codes private. Ask the SACCO about your support needs before travelling.

FOLLOW UP A CONCERN

Your concern.
Clear next steps.

Contact the SACCO first. Keep a copy of your message, the date and any response.
